DMCA

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy explains how to notify 247EmirateGuides.com (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Site”) of alleged copyright infringement and how we handle counter-notifications. We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users and partners to do the same.

Scope and General Statement

We primarily publish original editorial content and job information. We may also reference third-party trademarks, logos, or excerpts for identification and informational purposes under applicable fair use or similar doctrines. If you believe material on this Site infringes your copyright, this Policy describes how to notify us so we can review and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material.

Third-Party Links and Hosting

Some content that we reference may reside on external websites or employer portals that we do not control. Our ability to remove such material is limited. If the allegedly infringing material is hosted by a third party, you may need to contact that website or its hosting provider directly. We will still review properly submitted notices concerning links appearing on our pages.

Designated Agent for DMCA Notices

Please send copyright notices and counter-notices to our Designated Agent using the contact details below. Email is preferred for faster processing.

Important: We may forward your complete notice, including contact details, to the user or third parties involved in the alleged infringement. Do not include information you do not wish to share.

How to Submit a Proper DMCA Takedown Notice

To be effective under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., exact URL(s) on our Site, screenshots, and context).
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Incomplete notices may be rejected or delayed until corrected.
